After consultation with the Board of Directors, our Council of Advisors, and Housing Corporation along with a request from the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, we have decided that it is in our best interest to cancel Spring Alumni Weekend.

Our annual business meeting will take place as scheduled on April 18th at 10:00 AM.  We will use our conference call facility for this.  During this call, we will review the budget and expenses for the upcoming year, report on the progress made in all the branches of Alpha Rho (Council of Advisors, Housing Corp., Student Chapter and Alumni Chapter), hold our Alumni Chapter elections and give everyone an opportunity to pass the gavel (virtually at least).

Finally, We encourage all of you to please contribute to the 2020 Contribution Campaign.  We are in desperate need of your financial help in order to continue to do what we need to do.  We are without question the leading Alumni Chapter in Pi Kappa Phi.  We need your help to continue this standing.  Our lifetime journey in Pi Kappa Phi calls for us to share equally in the financial burden of our Chapter and Fraternity.  Please help us!  We have many unfunded projects that need to get done to preserve the history of Alpha Rho.  Please visit https://wvupikapp.org/beyond-rechartering/ today.
