Erik Baldwin, AP 412
Erik was initiated into Pi Kappa Phi in the Spring of 1996. He held leadership positions as Social Chair and Secretary and assisted in the formation of the original Alpha Rho Alumni Chapter. Erik was voted AP Brother of the Year in 2001.
After graduation, Erik remained active in the Fraternity by leading the formation of the first Board of Alumni Advisors through the recruitment of the first two Academic Advisors and served as Chapter Advisor from 2002-2004.
Erik is from Sissonville, WV and currently lives in Leesburg, VA with his wife, Andrea, and two children, Isabella and Jack. He holds a BS degree in Medical Technology from West Virginia University, an MBA from Regis University and a Master’s in Military Operational Arts and Science from the USAF’s Air University. Erik currently works at Kaiser Permanente as the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Director of Accreditation, Regulation & Licensure. He is also an officer in the Air Force Reserve where he works in the Strategic Medical Plans Division of the Air Force Surgeon General’s office.
