ALPHA RHO ALUMNI CHAPTER OF PI KAPPA PHI FRATERNITY RATIFIES CONSTITUION

Morgantown, WV ‐ This message indicates that John George, Alpha Rho initiate number 385 has certified that at the conclusion of the recent voting period, the necessary number of ‘yea’ votes were cast in ratifying the new Alpha Rho Alumni Chapter Constitution & Bylaws and the Code of Conduct. In addition, Tom Begley has been voted in as interim President and CEO. Mr. Begley has also named an interim Board of Directors.

Beginning August 7, 2015 and ending August 14, 2015, 102 votes of a necessary 90 votes were cast by eligible members within the Alpha Rho Alumni Chapter. Another seven votes were submitted by ineligible members but were not counted in the 102 votes. In the voting category of constitution & bylaws and code of conduct, 102 ‘yea’ votes were tallied with 0 ‘nays’. In the other category of allowing Tom Begley to remain as President and CEO on an interim basis, 102 ‘yea’ votes were entered with 0 ‘nays’. Eligible voting members were identified as those in good standing with the National Organization of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, Alpha Rho Chapter and Housing Corporation.
